Who we are and what we do
k5+ design studio is based in Calgary, Alberta, and has been performing design work, specializing in custom home design since 2010. k5+ offers the following services, such as land use (rezoning), permits, design, 3D model renderings, construction drawings, meetings with city planners/ officials, and more. We fully believe in creating genuine, fulfilling relationships with our clients, so that we may use the right techniques and approach to answer your questions.
Our team consists of talented designers who believe in creating inspirational projects- through our designs, we strive to find the perfect balance between creativity, functionality and beauty.
Aesthetically focused, environmentally-minded, and coffee-driven, our goal here at k5+ design studio is to create buildings that are timeless, elegant and inspirational.
